​ Hello Podcaster, ​ Wherever you are in your podcasting journey, you’ve probably thought that it would be pretty sweet to make more money from your podcast. And sponsorship deals are great, buuuuuuut if you don’t have your listener numbers quite where you’d like them, they’re going to be hard to come by. One way to monetise your podcast from Day 1 is through a paid membership programme, which you may already have. They can be really popular with your listeners too. But they ain’t easy to get right either. ​ Here's something that might help: ​ I listen to a bunch of podcasts and I pay for exactly three of them. When I launched my own podcast and membership programme, I based it on what I’d learnt from the three podcasts that I paid for.
